This series was interrupted when Trump inserted the Military into an ICE dragnet of California; the resulting protests and my political commentary on those momentous events. It’s now time to focus on a new international shock: the collapse of Trump’s attempt to steamroll China with massive tariffs and his humiliating capitulation in London yesterday, removing new 145% tariffs and returning trade relations with China to the status quo. But that status quo has irrevocably changed.
